We purchase Direct Trade and pay the farmer a sustainable price for his or her superior growing and harvesting. We choose regions of the countries we source from as well as the growers. Elevation is key to our purchases as the higher the coffee is grown the more versatile is the bean for roasting, it is more intense in flavor characteristics and superb in natural sugar content. Lastly, how the coffee is processed. Standard processing procedures are wash, natural, or honey. Each one lends itself to the finished coffee bean that we source, roast, and packaging for you.
