The Triple-Roast Process

Most roasters pick one roast level. We pick three. Cedar's Choice is roasted as:

• Light Roast — for natural sweetness and bright, delicate notes
• Medium Roast — for smoothness and balanced body
• Dark Roast — for bold, robust depth and richness

Each roast is done separately, then blended together. The result? A cup that delivers sweetness, smoothness, and boldness simultaneously — something no single roast level can achieve alone.
