Egg Nog flavored coffee

Placed an order 11/6/25. Close to 2 weeks from ordering sent an email. No response. Sent more emails. No response. Reported them to Florida's States Attorney General, FTC, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and Florida's States Attorney General Senoirs vs Crimes.
On 12/5/25 got an email making excuses. Was told they were closed since August or October for health issues. And that their license wasn't transferable to new warehouse. Funny thing is, nothing on the website stating they were closed. Website still took orders and money.
These people need to get out of the business. What comes around goes around. Karma will catch up to these thieves.

Nothing wrong with taste. It's the shipping I have issues with. It's been 2 weeks since my order was filled. Ordered 11/29/24, filled 12/2/24. According to USPS I might get it 12/17/24. Unacceptable!
And this order would probably still be sitting if I hadn't emailed them. I asked what their turn around was on shipping. And that I couldn't wait to see what the excuse was since my last order i was told they ran out of inventory. My first 2 orders shipped and I received in five days from ordering. Third order 12 days.
This is my last order with them! Not risking anymore delayed product.

Drinking my second cup as I write this review. Tastes good. To me it tastes like something missing that I can't put my finger on. But it could be that it could use just a little more eggnog flavor. Either way I am NOT disappointed in the coffee.
