Honduras: Ocotepeque is from the Western Copan mountains of Honduras. Shade High Grown at an altitude of 3600 feet we like it roasted to a medium roast enhancing all the wonderful undertones of these Honduran coffee bean. Mild in the cup, finishes nice on your palette, and is low on acid.
My recent order of ocotepeque de Santa Rosa is, in my opinion, better than the last one.
