In 2012, after finishing high school, at 18 years old Erlin Alfonzo Nolasco, decided to make a coffee plantation, which would meet two conditions: it had to be totally organic and establish varieties of coffee quality as Catuaí and Pacamara, with the idea of winning the cup of excellence in the future! His father supports him, giving him a plot of land to start his coffee project. Starting the project was not easy since he did not have the plants of the desired varieties. He was able to collect the seeds from an outside nursery and plant them on his farm successfully. Finca Penca de Burro guarantees: tradition, natural space and organic coffee quality in each cup! The farm is surrounded by a magnificent forest of pine, oak and a variety of wild plants, which results in a pleasant and unique climate all year round.
