This coffee from Donã Paula Santos comes from her 20-year old farm, which she inherited from her father. The farm produces coffee, cabbage, tomato, lettuce, and bananas in order to provide a diverse income stream. Coffee undergoes an 25-30 hour extended fermentation process to bring out the best the coffee has to offer. Donã Paula has been a member of COOPAFSI, a local producers’ association focused on product quality and gender equality, for 13 years.
