1. Bolivia Caranavi AAA FT:

We are proud to offer this high quality coffee from Bolivia. Caranavi AAA FT ranks in the top 10% of all coffees harvested in the world. FT means Fair Trade, which is important to us as well as to the farmers we work with.

Cupping Notes: Chocolate, Brown Sugar. Vanilla.

Acidity: Intensive citric (lemon lime).

Other attributes: Creamy aftertaste.

Full flavor, balanced and consistent. Classical Specialty Bolivian clean, sweet coffee. If you haven't tried a Bolivian coffee before, this is the one to try, but it will set the bar pretty high for your future expectations!

2. Peru "La Florida"

Our  Fair Trade Chemical free Peru "La Florida"  is a family favorite, smooth from start to finish, and low acidity.

A group of 50 small-scale coffee farmers from Peru’s Chanchamayo region came together in 1966 to form the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera La Florida (CAC La Florida) in order to bypass local intermediaries. Their efforts have brought much needed education, infrastructure, credit and environmental restoration to this remote corner of the Peruvian jungle. Purchasing this coffee is a lifeline to the livelihood of many people in the region.

CAC La Florida’s commitment to environmental protection has led the cooperative to educate farmers on how to protect the soil from erosion, retain moisture and restore its fertility. Members believe it is vital to support the ecosystem as it is home to many different species of insects, birds and animals. For over thirteen years, CAC La Florida has been committed to providing high quality, chemical free coffee to buyers and continues to strive for improvements in environmental protection, the quality of life of community members, and the quality of their product.

Cupping notes: Brown sugar, Cashew, Milk Chocolate, Orange

Peruvian Coffees have an earthy fullness and depth of flavor that comes from the lush growing regions, mountain air, and perhaps from the love and passion of the families who grow and care for them.

3. Brazil Cerrado

Brazil is the largest coffee producing country in the world. In fact, there are over 30 different regions in Brazil where coffee is grown. Each of these regions yields a different taste to the coffee. We love Brazil Cerrado for its smooth and rich taste. Grown between 3000 and 4000 feet, in what's known as a tropical savanna. In fact, the Cerrado is the second largest biome in South America and the most biodiverse savanna in the world.

This means a unique combination of dry, flat areas of land as well as tropical jungle atmosphere. You cannot reproduce the conditions anywhere else, which is what gives Cerrado such a unique flavor profile. It may just become your new favorite!

Cupping notes: Caramel, Chocolate, Almond

If you love South American Coffee and would like to try some new future favorites, this is the set for you. Each continent provides different weather and land conditions which results in vastly different cupping notes among the coffees produced there. It can be difficult to describe the intricate flavors of some of these coffees, so we bring you our samplers and sets so that you can try them for yourself! We may not all be able to travel the world, but we can bring some of the best coffees from around the world into our cup first thing in the morning. We hope you enjoy these sets, as we love to bring them to you.
