I gave you this order long ago .Im in Italy until November 1st and will not be home to receive this order .

I ordered a 12 oz. bag of whole bean Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda Geisha. The invoice and order show that that is what was ordered. I received a 12 oz. bag of ground Panama Hacienda La Esmeralda Geisha. (what I've come to expect from Blessed Bean Coffee). I rate the coffee 👍👍👍👍👍, but BBC 👎👎👎.

I am happy to have found this coffee at this company offered in such a way that I can try as well as gift the smaller packages to friends. Coffee tastes great though I’m sure if I followed best directions that it’d be even better. I first learned of the coffee and curiosity piqued through a K drama and have tried iced version of it in Korea so I was really psyched that you offer it in an affordable way. Thank you.

The coffee industry has conditioned our palates to expect coffee to be strong and bold (Starbucks and Peet's, anyone?). Well, this coffee is precisely the opposite: It's light and subtle, and its strength and uniqueness reside in its nuances. It is to be enjoyed on its own, almost like a meditative coffee (please don't accompany your French toast with it; it will overpower it). If this were wine, think of a light-bodied Pinot Noir vs a full-body Cabernet. Now, with every product with so much hoopla behind it, expectations are always high, and you may wonder, as I was, if the premium price is proportional to the taste experience. In my humble, non-expert opinion, it's a special kind of coffee, though marketing and demand probably have overpriced it. But I'm glad I tasted it, and you should too, even if just to put a checkmark on it.
