What makes this coffee so special?
1. Roasting Process - For our Cedar's Choice, we take some extra time to roast. This is because we roast a certain percentage of it as Light Roast, some as Medium Roast, and some as Dark Roast. What this does is take 3 times the amount of time, but what it also does is give you the sweetness of the Light Roast, the smoothness of the Medium Roast, and the bold, robust taste of the Dark Roast -- all in one cup!
This is a very time-consuming process that requires a great deal of care, but the sweet, smooth, bold depth to the coffee that results is undeniably worth it!
2. Single Origin - This is a single origin coffee, only from Honduras.
3. Small Batch Artisan Roasted - Our founder Robie roasts every bean to perfection! Over the past 20 years, he has turned his hobby into a passion and then a small business that continues to this day. More often than not, you can find him roasting coffee in our warehouse, watching the entire process every time.
4. Fresh Roasted - We roast all of our coffee in-house daily, and ship it freshly roasted to you, many times on the same day it was roasted! Fresh is better. Period. If you purchase coffee in a grocery store, it's often the same great quality coffee that you could get in a local roaster, but it's been sitting in a warehouse for awhile, and sitting on a shelf for who knows how much longer.
