    Now you folks who know us certainly realize we did not sweep the floor, can you imagine if that gets out to the Food & Drug Administration!!!  In the roastery we purchase high quality coffees grown and harvested from around the world in 132 lb. and 154 lb. bags not roasted and often times we get near the very bottom of the bag and find there is only a pound or two left, too small to roast a batch, but combined we offer it blended for your drinking pleasure, and more often than not, it is a great cup of coffee with all the flavor characteristics each coffee bean brings to the roast.  Try it, you will love it. AND it will never be repeated exactly!!!
